We reserve the right to change prices for our products and services at any time. Fuel prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.

Availability

We make every effort to ensure product availability, but we cannot guarantee that all products will be in stock at all times. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products.

Loyalty Program

Our loyalty rewards program is subject to specific terms and conditions. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the program at any time.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf through our services. We reserve the right to refuse service for insufficient payment or suspected fraudulent activity.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of our products (fuel, food, tobacco), most sales are final. Defective merchandise may be returned with a receipt within 30 days of purchase. Lottery tickets and tobacco products are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Summit Smart Stop or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Arbitration
